hmmmm..i started do breath deeply during the middle and either i serisously thought i can hear myself breathe or t was the audio…LOL i can hear myself right now..like in my mind.. o.O
Those saying they aren’t getting it–You just have to realllllly relax. Make sure your mind is clear and open, your body is comfortable, and you don’t have anything to distract you. Cell phones, telephones, tv, music, roomates etc should be quieted. Make sure your body has room to slump without having to readjust. You shouldn’t have to move or reposition, otherwise you might lose the trance.

I was still in a trance 2 minutes after the video ended, i realized it, so I counted down from 3 to 1 and I immediately came back, felt a cold sensation in my body, I’m very relaxed now
that was badass kinda like staring at the coolest eyeball, i wish my eyes would do that, although I did see the ad at the end in the middle at some point, along with some evil faces at other times too….
